Report a concern
In a chat room, use the message menu to report a message or block its author. You can also email the support address with the username, room, approximate time, and a description. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, or payment details.
Your account
Use the same Apple or Google account to recover your reading progress. To delete your MICHAEL account, open Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, private reading data, and authored content. Shared competition history may retain anonymized results for other participants.
Invitations
Open a MICHAEL invitation on your iPhone. If the app does not open automatically, use Open in MICHAEL on the invitation page, or copy the invitation into the app's invitation field.
Subscriptions
The first public release does not offer new subscription purchases. Existing access is preserved. If you have an Apple subscription, manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Deleting a MICHAEL account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
